I worked with startups for more than 10 years, incorporated companies in Europe and in Silicon Valley.
I worked with corporates since my first job in 1986: as employee, as manager, as consultant, as trainer.
I know both worlds and can bridge them.
Receive a concept from outside in, without meetings or discussions, without frames or constraints. I study what I see on your website, what is public known, what I see on social networks and social media about your company and your employees and of course about developments in your industry.
I make concrete suggestions what to do, where to begin, how to work with startups and with your own employees as if I were the CEO of your company.
